1.Auto Power or Electric Riding
2.Power Assist
3.Cruise Control

YObykes by default is in Auto Power or Electric Riding mode hence; when the power of the YObykes is switched on it puts the vehicle in the motion as one would use the accelerator to drive the vehicle. The power assist and cruise control is done through a switch on the right side handle bar. When switched on for power assist, the pedal sends a signal to the hub motor. The pedaling range can thus increase by 10 - 15% and the battery power is saved as it is not used continuously. The Cruise Control mode can be selected while the bike has attained the required speed. When Cruise Control mode is selected the vehicle will move in the selected speed till the brakes are applied or mode is changed through the speed. The YO byke here performs without the accelerator too.

The YObykes of Electrotherm India Ltd perform at a range of a range of 20-25 kms at an average speed of about 25 km/hr. This speed is ideal for city traffic and commuting. The use of the accelerator to control the speed makes the YObykes easy to use and perform as the action is often simple and done by intuition.
