Hyundai comes up with an Educational Idea at this Year’s Auto Expo

ors is buzzing with fun and excitement at the 10th Auto Expo. This is because of the company’s unique ‘Hyundai Safety Zone’ that has targeted the children especially.
The Hyundai safety zone showcases its move towards a more participation- oriented as well as interactive format at the Auto Expo, which is aimed at inculcating the safe driving habits in the school going children.
At the Hyundai safety Zone, the children are getting an opportunity to drive around in the battery driven cars, which are the replicas of the Genesis coupe and they are being taught with the nuances of road safety.
The entire safety zone is an interactive fun- filled zone, which has special programs aimed at making it attractive for the children. It also features simulations of different real life driving situation such as overhead pedestrian bridge, traffic signals, negotiating turns, license booth and an overhead pedestrian bridge.
The safety will have representatives from the Institute of Road and Traffic Education (IRTE), which is a Delhi, based NGO and is involved with the road safety issues.
In order to make this unique experience memorable and more life- like, IRTE also have plans to issue special license to the children who will display good traffic skills and adhere to the traffic rules.
Hyundai collaborated with Disney Movie ‘Cars’ for screening the movie at the Movie zone and the Zone will also feature a special Audio- Visual on ‘Road Safety’ and a gaming zone so that the kids can learn about some safe driving techniques through the means of gaming.
