TATA Indigo CS is the upgrades version of the indigo sedan model. However, the CS variety have been filled with much more features and facilities that the old model failed to possess. Moreover, the Indigo CS e-series has been declared the most fuel efficient sedan currently available in the Indian market. TATA Indigo CS Models
The TATA Indigo CS e-series are available in two variants: BSIII & BSIV.
The BSIII type consists of three different types of models: LE, LS, and LX. ALL these three types are fitted with TDI diesel engines and produce a maximum engine displacement capacity of 1405 cc. The fuel tank features a maximum diesel storage capacity of 42 l.
The BSIV type consists of four different types of models; two with diesel CR4 engines (LS and LX) while two with petrol MPFI engines (GLS and GLX). The LS & LX models produce a maximum engine displacement capacity of 1396 cc. The GLS & GLX models produce a maximum engine displacement capacity of 1193 cc. The fuel tank features a maximum storage capacity of 42 l for both petrol a well diesel variants.

TATA Indigo Mileage, Average & Fuel Economy
The TATA Indigo CS provides a mileage of 19 km per litre of diesel while driving through the highways, and 14 km per litre of diesel while driving through the city. The versions that are fitted with MPFI petrol based engines produces a mileage of 16 km per litre on highways, and 12 km per litre within the city. However, while speaking of the e-series version of Indigo CS, the mileage is 23 km per litre for the diesel variant.
TATA Indigo CS Power
The BSIV range MPFI petrol engine based models have a displacement of 1193 cc and generates a maximum power of 65 PS at 5000 RPM along with a torque generation of 100 Nm at 2700 RPM. The BSIV range CR4 diesel engine based models have a displacement of 1396 cc and generates a maximum power of 70 PS at 5000 RPM along with a torque generation of 140 Nm at 18003000 RPM.
The BSIII range TDI diesel engine based models have a displacement of 1405 cc and generates a maximum power of 70 PS at 4500 RPM along with a torque generation of 135 Nm at 2500 RPM.

The TATA Indigo CS features a top speed of 157 kmph while e-series features a top speed of 160 kmph. Acceleration and pickup is achievable at 0-10 s. The total number of gears present is 5 + 1; 5 forward and 1 reverse.

The TATA Indigo CS is a sedan which is fitted with five doors. The total trunk capacity of this car is 380 l. This beautiful sedan consists of a seating arrangement in the form of 3 + 1 + 1. Three passengers are accommodated at the rear, while the front has one single passenger accommodation seat and a driver seat. This sort of engine generates a maximum power of 70 PS at 4000 rpm with the generation of a maximum torque that is 140 Nm at 1800-3000 rpm. However, those models that functions through the help of petrol fuel type are fitted with 1193 cc 32-bit microprocessor based MPFI petrol engine. This sort of engine generates a maximum power of 65 PS at 5000 rpm with the generation of a maximum torque that is 100 Nm at 2700 rpm.
TATA Indigo CS Wheels
