Skoda Laura

Skoda Laura received its grand launch in India in late 2005. The car falls under the D-segment and is purely a diesel car. Though many critics have remarked on the steep price of the cars, Skoda Laura is slowly but steadily finding buyers in the country.
Skoda Laura features
  • The patented 1.9 Pumpe Duse Technology engine, which aims at greater fuel efficiency and reduced emissions.
  • Direct Shift Gearbox-DSG works with two clutches. Tiptronic in function, DSG allows the driver to select his gears manually.
  • Rack and Pinnion steering has electromechanical power assistance which reduces maneuverability of Skoda Laura a child's work. Skoda Laura has one of the best looking interiors amongst many cars in its category. The rich leather upholstery inside the car exudes class and comfort. There is also a dual-zone climatronic air-conditioning which helps to create different temperature zones inside the car. The driver's seats are adjustable in 4 different directions and there are memory settings to record one's comfort. The boot is large and spacious.
