Maruti Suzuki offers a class apart crossover sedan in the market. This sedan is designed by Guigiarro and ITAL has a futuristic and well balanced shape to accommodate 5 persons comfortably. Both the variants are well designed to suit Indian road conditions especially whilst driving through or navigating through narrow lanes and streets. The fuel tanks of both the variants can stock up to 50 liters whereas they are fitted with tubeless tires.

Safety features of Maruti SX4 Vxi and Maruti SX4 Zxi include seat belts, child lock rear doors, protection beams for side impacts, iCATS - a special engine immobilizer unless the genuine correct key is used. Additionally, Zxi includes airbags for its passengers, keyless entry, emergency brake distribution and a 3 point Emergency Locking Retractor.
