Talks are already afloat about how the situation in Bihar is slowly changing. Roads that were in deplorable conditions till yesterday are gradually being mended; health care and education sectors are no longer being ignored. Apart from many other benefits that these changes might bring about, the state will certainly see many more investors interested in putting their money. And most definitely, Bihar will have a lot more car dealers.
